此行出訪經由韓國國立大邱教育大學的安排下參訪其附設小學外，並引薦於大邱教大附小服務之小學教師與本計畫參訪人員互動。由於本校與韓國大邱教育大學，同為彼此國家重要師培大學，具有相似的教育使命與價值觀。由國立屏東大學古源光校長及曾耀霆國際事務長介紹國外教育見實習計畫，取得與韓國大邱教育大學及其附設小學與臺灣師培大學之高度合作意願，並由本專案辦公室為擔任全臺師培大學之媒合平台，以期能確實符合臺灣及韓國之師資培育之需求。

本校與韓國大邱教育大學，同為彼此國家重要師培大學，由於全球COVID-19疫情爆發後，雖被迫暫緩雙方實地交流，本校仍持續不斷為師資培育之路努力，尋求其他合作之可能性，疫情期間本校與韓國大邱教育大學透過視訊方式維持互動，並於109年12月1日視訊簽訂雙聯學位協議書，並邀請該校之教育學院之研究生前往本校進行學術交流。

This visit was arranged by the National Daegu University of Education in Korea, and included a visit to its affiliated elementary school. The teachers from the elementary school and the visiting delegation of National Pingtung University (NPTU) had the opportunity to interact with each other. National Pingtung University and the National Daegu University of Education share similar educational missions and values, and are both important teacher training universities in both respective countries.

“Borderless teachers unlimited future project" was introduced by the President of National Pingtung University , Mike Guu, and Dean of International Affairs, Arthur Tseng. They presented an overseas education practicum plan .

National Daegu University of Educational and its affiliated elementary school in South Korea, as well as National Taiwan Normal University, have expressed a high willingness to cooperate. The project office acted as a platform for facilitating communication and collaboration between these institutions to meet the needs of teacher training in Taiwan and Korea.

Due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, student exchanges between the two universities were temporarily suspended. However, our school continued to strive for teacher training and sought other opportunities for cooperation. During this time, our school and the National Daegu University of Education maintained communication through video conferencing and signed a joint degree agreement on December 1, 2020. We also invited graduate students from the School of Education at the National Daegu University of Education to come to our school for academic exchanges.
