111年11月22日至12月2日由國立屏東大學陳永森校長及陳皇州國際長前往捷克進行拓點行程，著重訪問當地教育機構及捷克臺灣協會，積極宣揚我國華語文教學，並且藉由已建立友好關係捷克知名大學引薦當地中小學教育機構，極力宣傳我國教育見實習及師資培育系統，提升我國在捷克能見度及知名度，並經由此行向捷克教育相關機構介紹本校由教育部委辦之「補助師資培育之大學辦理國外教育見習教育實習及國際史懷哲計畫」，旨於促成捷克教育機構接受我國師培生前往教育見實習，以拓展本計畫多元發展可能及協助媒合臺灣師培大學與捷克教育單位合作，期能激盪出不一樣的火花。

        目前捷克教學現場是以捷克語為主，陳皇州國際長提供見實習計畫之相關海外教學經驗做法，向當地中小學領導階層說明並提出合作方案，經由面對面溝通建立雙方了解互信。拜訪當地小學國際合作負責人 Mr. Josef Vinduška ，並藉由引薦與布拉格兒童青少年中心進行合作，該組織為在全捷克學校提供媒介午後課程平台，該系統之午後課程在全國各地學校校舍舉行，所有課程皆在網路上公開接受註冊，可與捷克主流教育接軌，此為具有高度前瞻性作法，此行已獲得當地學校同意進行計畫合作事宜。國立屏東大學也將協助有意願前往捷克執行計畫之師培大學進行雙方交流，促成計畫合作之事宜。

From November 22 to December 2, 2022, Dr. Chen Yong-sen(Robert Y.S. Chen), President of National Pingtung University, and Dr. Chen Huang-zhou(Kelvin H.-C. Chen), Dean of Office of International Affairs, visited the Czech Republic to promote Mandarin education and establish friendly relations with local educational institutions and the Taiwan-Czech Association. During the visit, they actively promoted Taiwan's education internship and teacher training system and sought to enhance Taiwan's visibility and reputation in the Czech Republic. They also introduced the “Borderless teachers unlimited future project" commissioned by the Ministry of Education to Czech educational institutions, aiming to facilitate Czech educational institutions to accept Taiwanese teacher trainees to expand the possibilities for the development of the program.

Currently, Czech teaching is mainly conducted in Czech, Kelvin H.-C. Chen has provided overseas teaching experiences to local primary and secondary school leaders and presented cooperation proposals. Through face-to-face communication, mutual understanding and trust have been established. Mr. Josef Vinduška, the person in charge of international cooperation at a local primary school, was visited and cooperation was arranged through a referral to the Prague Children and Youth Center. This organization provides a platform for media afternoon courses in all Czech schools, and these courses are held in school buildings throughout the country. All courses are publicly available for registration on the internet, which can be integrated with mainstream education in Czech Republic. This is a highly forward-looking approach, and the local schools have agreed to cooperate on the project. National Pingtung University of Education will also assist teacher training universities that are interested in executing the project to exchange ideas and promote cooperation.
